I love the respectful philosophy of coaching which deems the client as the expert on their life and/or business. My job is to listen deeply to my client,  deliver powerful questions for them to answer that encourages deep learning and growth.  I then hold my client accountable for taking timely, conscious action on their dreams and goals.  The process is truly amazing as I give each client the permission to be their best version of themselves.

Coaching Offered:

  • Executive Coaching

    Executive coaching is specifically focused on the client's career development, business goals and plans and leadership skills. I also specialize in occupational transitions and retirement, which I refer to as “rewirement.” The client is deemed the expert on his/her business and is regarded as whole, capable and resourceful.

    Through executive coaching, I provide organizational structure and powerful questions to help the client identify their goals, develop a business plan, and take strategic action that they are held accountable for weekly, helping them create their next best chapter.

  • Addiction Coaching

    As a recovering alcoholic since 1989, I share my hope and wisdom through my program "Happy Authentic You," in which I guide clients through a self discovery of their authentic self, free from addiction.

    The program specializes in addiction to over-eating, over-spending, and/or over-drinking, and is exclusively offered to clients serious about sobriety.

  • Wellness Coaching

    Wellness coaching is focused on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Through an intimate partnership and personalized program, I help clients discover their authentic net worth and develop unconditional confidence within.

    I guide clients through transforming limiting beliefs into empowering choices, and integrating an authentic self, a positive mindset, and a healthy physical body.

  • ADHD Coaching

    Coaching is one of the most therapeutic tools for people diagnosed with ADHD. Coaching facilitates clarity and insight, promotes constructive action, celebrates completion of projects and naturally develops balance and order in the person's life.

    I use the "The Work" of Byron Katie to facilitate retraining the brain to think in a more positive and constructive manner which enhances behavior and increases joy. The program is ideal for clients professionally diagnosed with an ongoing treatment plan.

  • Spiritual Guidance

    In this deeply inward journey, my client intentionally brings spirituality, by their definition, to life so that they can experience grace, peace, and unconditional love. They are free to experiment with what works well, what doesn’t, and what new approaches can be applied now.

    I meet my clients where they are at spiritually and assist them in building a closer relationship with the Higher Power of their understanding.
